The purpose of this Website is to provide information to the public about registered sex offenders living, working ,or going to school within the Yavapai-Apache Nation pursuant to the Yavapai-Apache Nation Title 24 Sex Offender Registration and Notification Code and pursuant to Public Law 109-248, also known as the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006.
